The old canopy at 250 S. 18th Street had seen better days, and wasn't suited for a building located on 18th Street,  just off Rittenhouse Square.  This building demanded a better first impression.  ​

The new canopy was readily approved by the Historical Society of Philadelphia.  Upon our survey, it was evident that there had been a canopy that previously tied into the building in the same manner as our proposal.  We were able to tie into the structure at the same location as the original canopy.
