Located in the penthouse of 220 W. Rittenhouse Square, this 3500 sf condo was gutted to raw space and completely reconfigured. The private spaces were moved to the back of the unit to allow for grand open spaces that faced the Square. The new layout successfully connects the living spaces with the spectacular views on both sides of the building.
