This 2500 SF space with over 14' ceilings had been vacant, dilapidated and windowless for decades.  My design approach was to simplify the space. Dividing it into work zones (styling, shampoo, color, office, reception)  by utilizing floating soffits to further define each zone and provide recessed and track lighting.  The result is a modern, minimalist space which provides an oasis of style and serenity in the hustle and bustle of Center City Philadelphia.
